These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at https://www.xauusdglobal.com/ and its pages (the “Website”), operated by XAUUSD Global (“XAUUSD Global”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

XAUUSD Global is an educational website focused on the gold market (XAUUSD). It publishes articles, strategy guides, market explainers and related material, and describes a trading community that we plan to launch in the future.

10. Future membership and community services
XAUUSD Global plans to introduce community registration and paid membership. Registration, payment and member access are not currently available. Any membership price shown on the Website is indicative and subject to change. Membership services, when launched, will be subject to separate terms that must be accepted before membership begins. No membership agreement or payment obligation arises from your use of the Website as it currently exists.
XAUUSD Global does not request payments through private messages, social media or third parties. Any such request claiming to come from us should be treated as fraudulent.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The Website and all content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, XAUUSD Global disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last changed. Your continued use of the Website after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
